Cancellation Policy

‼️PLEASE READ CAREFULLY‼️ CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY A confirmation text is sent out 72hrs in advance. Please confirm or cancel your appointment. I require a minimum of 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to cancel. If you need to cancel after the required time please contact my assistant, Ann, at (726)500-3531. You will be charged 50% of the service. Absolutely NO exceptions. If your card is declined you will be expected to pay the fee by the end of the night or you will no longer be able to book again. OMBRE POWDER CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE You are allowed one last minute cancellation before being charged 50% of the service. This is non negotiable. NO SHOW POLICY Due to a no show you will charged 100% of the service. Only if your card is declined your account will be flagged & you will no longer be able to book appts with me. LATE POLICY A 10 minute grace period is allowed if you are running late. You must be in my chair by the 10 min mark. If it is past 10 minutes you will be charged as a NO SHOW. I am booked back to back so my schedule is very tight. Please be considerate of my next client after you. SALON POLICY No Extra Guests This includes children, spouses and friends. Only one person is allowed in my room at a time. Wait Time Please notify me when you have arrived via text (806)470-8772. Do not come in until I text you to come in. The doors will remain locked and the waiting area will be closed. This will require you to be buzzed in. Feeling Sick? If you or anyone you’ve come into contact with is not feeling well please reschedule. Even if you think it’s just allergies. Allow at least 24 hours to notify my assistant if you do need to cancel. Unfortunately this is non negotiable
