CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Policies & Booking Etiquette Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review my policies below: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • CONFIRMATION: A confirmation text is sent 72 hours in advance. Please use this to confirm or cancel your slot. • STANDARD SERVICES: I require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. • OMBRE POWDER BROWS: You are allowed one reschedule; however, any subsequent last-minute cancellations will result in a 50% service charge. • PAYMENT: If a card is declined, the fee must be settled by the end of the business day to remain in good standing and retain future booking privileges. NO SHOW POLICY: • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. • If the card on file is declined, your account will be flagged, and you will no longer be able to book future appointments. LATE POLICY: • GRACE PERIOD: I offer a 10-minute grace period. You must be in my chair by the 10-minute mark to receive your service. • AFTER 10 MINUTES: Because I book back-to-back, arriving more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a No-Show, and the full service fee will apply. Please be mindful of the client scheduled after you. ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: • CHECK-IN: Please park in the front of the salon (the back door remains locked). • WAIT IN YOUR CAR: To maintain a private and peaceful environment, the waiting area is currently closed. Please text me at (726) 500-3531 when you arrive, and I will let you know when I am ready for you to come in. HEALTH & SAFETY: • If you or anyone you have been in contact with is feeling unwell (including symptoms often mistaken for allergies), please reschedule immediately. • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid late fees.
