CANCELLATION POLICY

Studio Booking Policies Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside especially for you. Out of respect for my schedule and other clients on the waitlist, My Brow Goddess Studio strictly enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy. How to cancel or change your appointment: Please text or call +1 (726) 500-3531 at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. • Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-Shows: Missed appointments with zero communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Please note: If the card on file declines, booking privileges will be permanently banned. • Service Changes & Multi-Person Bookings: If you need to downgrade your service, or if a guest you booked for (such as a daughter) can no longer attend, please notify me 24 hours in advance.
